The Cliffs, Werribee South

Towards the end of 2021, I was approached by the principal of the college where I worked to create an artwork that would celebrate the many years of service that one of the assistant principals had given to the college. I met with her family and learnt of her love of the Werribee River and pelicans. I was able to combine the two in the soft chalk-pastel drawing which I named 'A Perfect Day'. The artwork was based on a photograph I had taken along 'The Cliffs' - not far from Werribee Mansion. It truly was a perfect day, weather-wise, and I was stunned by the landscape that lay before me. I had lived in the area for over twenty years and didn't realise this slice of paradise existed!
This image will be printed on Hahnemühle German Etching paper to best suit the original medium.
A Perfect Day
Most of my original artworks are available in archival quality print form and are printed using the giclée process by ACME et al in Steels Creek, Victoria. Each stage of the printing process is carefully overseen by James, the printer (with nearly three decades of industry experience), to ensure the highest quality product. These prints are made to last for decades with minimal fading and are printed on high-end, sturdy papers.
Because the prints are made on demand and printed individually rather being mass-produced, please allow between two to three weeks for processing and delivery of your order (or a little longer for customers outside of Australia).
